Custom and personalized orders
Design specifications and revisions will determine the exact completion date. However, I aim to complete projects within a week, unless otherwise specified.
Delivery of Product
All products will be delivered as jpg, pdf, or png via email, at no additional charge, unless otherwise specified.
Product Listings
All listings are for digital artwork only. No physical products will be delivered, unless otherwise specified.
Revisions
During the design process, there are unlimited revisions until you are satisfied with the product. If a revision is requested after you’ve signed off on the final design, a fee is charged.
Cancellation
After payment has been received, the design process starts. If you decide to cancel your order after the process has started you will be refunded the purchase amount less the cancellation fee of 50% of the purchase price and no artwork will be delivered.
