Goodness In The Cosmos Jewelry, Inspired to Create
The first time I saw seed bead jewelry I became fully engaged. I scanned the intricately woven beadwork, while my mind took apart the creation. Amazingly, I knew which stitches and materials were used. I knew how to make this beautiful jewelry just by looking at it. What a gift! Divine inspiration struck, and I found a clear purpose. I knew that I was meant to create jewelry.
Over the years divine inspiration continues to bless me abundantly. My art muse comes in dreams, through songs, nature, careful planning and waking vision. Each of my creations is fused with purpose, from the first whisper of an idea, to the planning, making and doing, plus the wrapping and shipping of items.
During the past 30+ years, I worked to perfect my jewelry design and artistry; through studies of gemology, lapidary arts, metalsmithing, gemstone identification, and wire wrapping. I have taught all levels of beadwork, including advanced level classes of off loom bead weaving and 3d bead art design, bead embroidery, bead weaving and loom stitching. My original jewelry has been featured in publication and art galleries/museums.
