All items are handmade in a completely smoke-free home. While we do have a hypoallergenic pet, they’re kept away from all materials and finished products. If you have specific allergy concerns, feel free to reach out.

I'm using the best materials available to me to ensure you receive a high-quality product. However, I understand that sometimes things happen beyond our control. If your item has any issues, just reach out to me within 90 days of purchase, and I’ll be happy to offer a replacement.

Because some designs sell out and can’t always be restocked, there’s a chance I may not have the exact same item available for replacement. In that case, I’ll gladly offer you a replacement of equal value from my current inventory.

Gently wipe the design with a damp cloth to remove any dirt or dust. Avoid soaking it or using harsh chemicals to protect the materials. You can sanitize the surface as needed with a mild disinfectant wipe or spray.

If you notice fuzz or stray threads around the edges, you can carefully use a lighter to burn them off. Just do it quickly and gently—too long can damage the design.

For $1 at checkout, you can add gift wrapping to your order. This means your item will be packaged in a colorful, gift themed bag - perfect for any holiday or birthday.

If you’d like to include a gift message, be sure to mark your order as a gift during checkout. Etsy will then prompt you to type your message, and I’ll make sure it’s printed and included with the order.

International orders are currently closed due to tariffs and unpredictable customs fees. I want to ensure the best experience for my customers and avoid any surprise charges. I appreciate your understanding and hope to reopen international shipping in the future.

If the shipping on your package has not updated in over two weeks please contact your local post office as it may have been lost or stolen. Unfortunately after it leaves my shop I have no knowledge on where it goes after that. You can file a claim using the link below.

Each item in my shop is made to order, so please allow 2-3 business days for processing before your item ships. Processing time does not include weekends, holidays or shipping time. If you need something by a specific date, feel free to message me before ordering - I'll always do my best to accommodate when possible.

If you realize your address is incorrect, please message me as soon as possible so I can update it before your order ships. Once a package has been shipped, I’m unable to make changes or reroute it, and I’m not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to buyer error.
