If an item is damaged by the buyer or the recipient of the buyers gifting, the item is not returnable.

Oxidized jewelry should not be used with standard jewelry cleaners as they will remove the oxidization.

Oxidization will wear off over time and some individual skin PH levels will wear it off faster than others especially if worn daily or very frequently.

Oxidization is done with a chemically altering process that may cause a skin reaction in some individuals which will result in a rash or itching.

A coating is now being used to help prevent these issues but some individuals may still have this reaction to the coating as well.

This surface can be coated to protect the finish from wearing off as quickly but may alter the tone of the finish to make it appear shinier and darker.
