The most helpful item I purchased in anticipation of breast cancer surgery. I sleep with this pillow under my arm. The pillow keeps my arm from moving to an uncomfortable position near my breast. It was also helpful in separating my arm from the cold when I had ice packs on my breast & lymph area.

I urgently needed this item for a family member that was having the surgery on Saturday. These pillows were purchased as a gift for a friend and Darlene was amazing to work with.
