Gentile Paolo, mi spiace per la sua esperienza. Come spiegato nei messaggi di assistenza, prima di acquistare il prodotto bisogna leggere bene la descrizione. Nella descrizione del prodotto è esplicitato che per l'utilizzo è necessario scaricare un'app dedicata. Come può evincere dalla descrizione, sono disponibili diverse app (per iOS e Android) sia gratuite che a pagamento. Inoltre tra le raccomandazioni elencate, viene consigliato di prendere confidenza con le suddette app PRIMA di acquistare il prodotto. Da quanto ho capito dai suoi messaggi il problema non è stato il prodotto in sé, ma il fatto di doverlo usare con un'app dedicata. È ancora in tempo per poterlo utilizzare, basta scaricare un'app per l'utilizzo dei PDF. Resto a disposizione.
