How long before my item will arrive?

Most of our items are shipped out the same day or next business day if it is after 1pm EST unless it is a custom item. Arrival times will vary depending on location and method of shipping. During the holidays, shipments may be delayed during transit so allow plenty of time for your order to arrive. Please make sure your address is correct! We can not be responsible for reshipping items that are returned or delivered to a wrong address. Tracking information will be provided for each order.

Do you use recycled boxes to ship items?

Yes, we do occasionally use recycled boxes that we may have received as a prior shipment ourselves. We make sure the boxes are clean and sturdy. All inside packing materials are new.
