Where can I download the digital files?
To access your digital file(s), go to You (which is your own icon on the top right corner) > Purchases and reviews and look for the order.
To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.
There are generally no limits for when or how many times you can download a file. In most cases, you can access a file any time on your Purchases page, provided the transaction hasn't been canceled or removed.
If your payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be gray
How do I unzip the .zip file?
To unzip on Windows:
1. To unzip a single file or folder, open the zipped folder, then drag the file or folder from the zipped folder to a new location.
2. To unzip all the contents, press and hold the folder, select Extract All
Where Can I Print My New Images?
You have several options for printing your artwork! Many large retail stores, such as Walmart, Staples, Walgreens, and Costco, offer printing services. Online options like Posterjack, Vistaprint, and Shutterfly are also great choices. If you prefer, you can even print at home using a standard printer, though the quality may differ.
