I have a collar of the month for my fur baby and now I’m adding in some new ones b/c they are just too cute! Shipping always prompt and whenever I’ve had a question Grace has always been quick to respond. Highly recommend..

Do your 1" wide collars fit all dogs?
No. The 1" wide may be to bulky for smaller dogs. 5/8" and 3/4" widths are available.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Items ship within 1-4 business days.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Returns and exchanges vary for each situation. A dog collar needing exchanged due to width or bulky issues the buyer will be responsible for return shipping and the shipping of the replacement collar due to wrong width ordered. Please read the listing in its entirety to ensure you are ordering the correct width and size. Most of my collars are 1" wide and do not fit all smaller dogs. If you need to exchange a size, please Etsy message me to start the process.

Do you embroider or personalize dog collars?
At this time I am not able to personalize dog collars.
Are your collars good for dogs who scratch?
Collars are not recommended for dogs who are heavy scratchers or have a history of scratching at collars. Scratching could cause fraying or discoloration of collar. No exchange or refund will be given due to damage from scratching.
