I enjoy using natural or recycled fibers in my products, as often as possible--because I'd like to make a positive difference in our world.
100% cotton fibers is a favorite medium for much of my crochet work--washable, soft, warm and breathable. That's important. I also use acrylics in many items, such as infant and toddler blankets for it's incredible softness and stretch.
All of my BagBags are hand crocheted from repurposed grocery and shopping bags--saving 50-300 sacks each--from littering our landfills. How's that for earth-friendly? Every bag responds differently to stitching so no two will ever be exactly the same.
