Gradientwall

This privacy policy explains how GradientWall, a one-person shop based in Spain, collects, uses and shares information when you buy from me or contact me through Etsy. It does not cover Etsy's own practices; see Etsy's Privacy Policy for those.

INFORMATION I COLLECT
To deliver your order, Etsy shares with me the information you already gave Etsy: your name, email address, billing country and the details of what you bought. I never receive your full payment details. If you message me, I also receive the content of your message.

WHY I USE IT (LEGAL BASES)
- To provide the service: deliver your digital files and answer your questions or support requests.
- To comply with legal obligations, such as keeping sales records required by tax law.
- For my legitimate interest in running and improving the shop and complying with Etsy's policies.
I do not send marketing emails and I do not sell your data.

SHARING
I only share information with Etsy, as needed to provide the service, and with authorities when required by law.

RETENTION
I keep order information only as long as needed to provide the service and for the period required by Spanish tax law.

TRANSFERS
Etsy may process data outside the EU under the safeguards described in its own privacy policy.

YOUR RIGHTS (GDPR)
You can request access to, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, and object to its use. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

CONTACT
For any privacy question or request, message me through Etsy Messages and I will reply within a few days.
