Sizing details
We use "COMFORT FIT" sizing.
We suggest stopping into two jewelry stores to get an average, accurate sizing, or ordering our ring sizer.
If your ring doesn't fit perfectly, we offer exchanges for $25 restocking.
Engravings
We don't offer engravings in timber, as every method we've tried weakens the structural integrity of the ring.
If you want an engraving in metal, most retail jewelry stores will be able to send your ring off to have it engraved once completed, for a small fee.
Durability
After 10 years of making rings, we can safely say we make the most durable bands available.
All organic rings are sealed in marine grade boat epoxy to make them entirely WATERPROOF.
Exchanges and Returns
EXCHANGES:
-Ready to ship rings may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery for $25 processing (polishing/shipping fee, international orders must cover shipping).
-Two exchanges are permitted
Any damage to the design is the buyers responsibility.
**Exchanged rings are non-refundable
RETURNS:
-Returns can be made within 30 days from delivery for a $25 processing fee
-Buyers are responsible for return shipping.

WARRANTY:
-We have a 1 year warranty with every ring.
If there's an issue with your ring we'll replace it - no questions asked.
-1 year warranties are only permitted once
