The seven colors of the rainbow paint our world with beauty

Color is the center of my art. I am an impressionistic abstract artist. I use acrylic paints and texture mediums with the occasional splash of collage, ink and pigment powders to create my visions. Abstract gives me an outlet for non-conformity and lightens my spirit. In creating colorful beauty, I am revealing God’s nature as I perceive it and receiving joy and happiness in return. My inspiration comes from connecting my spirituality with nature’s color. I begin each painting with a color pallet instead of a subject or composition. The composition seems to take over from there and develop itself out of the beautiful hues put to canvas. I feel I am in another world or outside myself while mixing new and beautiful colors, hues and tones. My hope is to bring that love of color and beauty of nature’s rainbow to you.
