Yes! Please reach out via Etsy Messages with a description of what you’re looking for and we can make something custom for you! Most of the text on our labels can be changed (unless it is part of the graphic), please ask if you are unsure what can be customized on the label you are interested in.

Yes! They are weatherproof matte labels, that can be adhered and removed to reposition. I have soaked these labels for over 24 hours in a bucket of water, the color remains vivid and does not smear, so feel free to put them on ice! The matte finish allows you to take a photo without glare.

Labels are shipped without a proof, except in the case where a photo is added (then we will automatically send a proof). You are welcome to request a proof for any label ordered. Proofs are sent within 24-36 hours. Please note that any delays in proof approval will delay your shipping time. Proofs are sent via Etsy Messages.

Please refer to the size chart located in the photos & description of each listing. The dimensions are provided for each label size. Be sure to measure your bottles prior to purchasing to make sure the fit will be right! See Labeling Tips for more information.

We can accommodate custom sizes if they are a label size we already have in stock. Please feel free to reach out with your custom size request and we will try to accommodate.

All orders are processed 1-2 business days from the day your order is placed. We typically ship the day after your order is placed. Orders placed on Friday will ship Monday. If the shipping date falls on a National Holiday, it will ship the following day. Please monitor your Etsy messages in case we have a question or are sending a proof. Delays in response will delay your order shipping time.

All orders are shipped USPS First-Class Mail with tracking, which is an estimated 2-4 business days in transit. Please note that these are just estimates provided by USPS and do not take into account any potential unexpected delays that may occur during transit. USPS Priority Mail Express is available in checkout, which is guaranteed 1-2 day shipping. We do not offer Priority Mail, as we find the shipping time to be the same as USPS First-Class Mail and is still not guaranteed. All labels are packaged inside a cellophane envelope, in a rigid mailer to prevent damage.

Your tracking number can be used to get status updates on the location of your package. Please note, tracking is updated on the USPS site more quickly than on Etsy.

Yes. We will accept an order cancellation regardless of the reason as long as your order has not been printed yet. Once your order is made, we are no longer able to cancel it. Cancelling within 24 hours is recommended.

Due to the custom nature of the products we sell, everything is made to order. For this reason, we unfortunately are unable to accept any returns or exchanges. However, if you’re unsatisfied with your order, always feel free to reach out so we can help resolve any issues!
