While I design and print many items, there are some items that I do not have the capability of printing, such as; T-Shirts, Mugs, etc. This is where Teelaunch comes in. They take my designs and print them for me for you. Each piece is printed individually, this is called Print on Demand or POD.

Frequently asked questions
Can you rush a printed order?
Typically, yes. Please check with me first to make sure I can, in fact, rush your order for you. If I can do so, I can set up a listing that you can add to your order that will add a Rush Order fee to your order.
The cost is $10.00 and this will add a faster processing time of 1 full business day vs my typical 3 business days to your order.
This is for a faster processing time for your printing order, if you wish to have the mailing/shipping rushed, as well, then you must choose PRIORITY MAIL from the shipping options when checking out.
Do you COLOR MATCH?
For custom printed and digital products, I will try my best to match colors requested as closely as possible. However, I am not responsible if the colors do not match perfectly. Please keep in mind that colors vary from monitor to monitor. What you see on screen may not always be what will print on my end or yours.
Personalized and Custom Information
If an order for address labels is received and the information for the labels has not been provided, I will contact the buyer to get the information from the buyer. I will make several attempts at contacting the buyer, via email and Etsy messages. If I still have not received a response within 2 weeks your labels will be printed and sent with the buyer's shipping address information. We will not be responsible if this information is incorrect if the buyer has not responded back with the correct information after the 2 week period.
My DIGITAL FILE TERMS OF USE
1. You may print as many times as needed after purchase, either for personal use or to give away as a gift - *the digital file may not be shared*
2. Files may not be shared (either by email, file sharing websites, or other means), or given away as "freebies" or in giveaways. The file is meant for use only by the purchaser, but you can print as many as you would like for personal use/gifts.
3. Purchased files MAY NOT be resold for a profit (digitally or physically).
4. Purchased files MAY NOT be used to create products meant for digital or physical sale under any circumstances.
5. Files MAY NOT be used in any website, banner, blog, logo, etc. Please do not upload the full-resolution file to any website or blog
Production Time Explained:
I have a 3-5 Business Day Production time for all standard orders. Your order will be produced and mailed within 3-5 business days from time of payment. This schedule is for Standard Label orders and Standard 8x10 Wall Decor Orders.
Production/Mailing Schedule:
Orders placed on...
Monday by 5 pm EST will ship on or before the following Monday
Tuesday by 5 pm EST will ship on or before the following Tuesday
Wednesday by 5 pm EST will ship on or before the following Wednesday
Thursday by 5 pm EST will ship on or before the following Thursday
Friday, Saturday and Sunday will ship on or before the following Friday
**If an order is placed after 5 pm EST Monday - Thursday, it will be rolled over to the next business day.
