1 out of 5 starsDisappointed. Shop never shipped item. When I contacted the shop, they used poor customer service until I contacted Etsy. I was refunded for my purchase.

2 out of 5 starsFirst off being a fellow shop owner I hate to leave a bad review because I know how hurtful they are but I was very disappointed. I ordered this decal almost a month ago and just received it after many messages to the owner. He was great with communication but it did take it 3 weeks to get sent to me. I recieved it yesterday and went to put it on my car but the vinyl will not come off the backing. If I wanted to use it I would have to sit and peel each individual letter off carefully not to rip it. I will be able to use the hand and "egan" because they are easier to peel off individual but the other words wont look right so I wont be able to use them.

1 out of 5 starsOrdered a decal on 11/29. My card was charged on 12/01. It's 12/17 and it still hasn't shipped. Not happy AT ALL.

I happily doubled this customers order as everyone who had to share in the lateness around the holiday rush. I have been adjusting to a death in the family which has substantially enlarged my workload. It will make it there before Christmas! I publicly apologize to anyone who has had to share his experience..
