The word Gratia is Latin and is pronounced {gray•sha} and it means the desire to express esteem, gratitude, favor, & thanks!

HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ITEM SHIP?

Orders are typically processed in 1-3 business days, unless otherwise noted. Please note, business days are Mondays-Fridays, and non-holiday days.

Please check that the address you entered in checkout is correct as this is where we will ship the package to.

To conserve paper and trees, we do not print or send receipts with the packages.

Please contact us within 14 days of shipping if the package seems to have been lost or has been unaccounted for in order to be able to address a potential refund or reshipment of the package in a timely manner.

I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT:

Orders are sent to the exact address given to us for shipping. We are not responsible for the cost of lost or returned packages due to a wrong address. Gratia Box Co. cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order. Please double check all details prior to purchasing. If you complete your order & then notice that the address details are incorrect, please contact us immediately by sending us a message on Etsy. Once an order is shipped, we can no longer change the Shipping Address.

MY PACKAGE WAS RETURNED BACK TO YOU BECAUSE OF AN INCORRECT ADDRESS. WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?

If the address that you provide us is invalid and the package is returned back to us, you will need to pay for shipping a second time to have your order shipped to a new address. If you choose to accept a refund, please note that we do not refund the cost of shipping & charge a $9 restocking fee.

PERSONALIZED GREETING CARD:

We always include a personalized greeting card with your order. Please leave the SENDER'S name and the RECIPIENT'S name in the comments section at checkout so we can hand write the name on the card. If we are not provided this information we will attempt to reach out to you via email and/or Etsy messages. If we do not hear back from you within 1 business day, we will proceed with shipping.
