We noted this time sensitivity when ordering because we reallllyy didn't want to spend extra on expedited shipping. Somi from Gray Design Art reached out within an hour or two to confirm the order. She managed to get it out the door quickly and it arrived just in time. It's a beautiful mug and looks to be high quality. When we gave it to our friend she said, "Where in the world did you find this?!" We truly appreciate the great customer service!
