Shipping Notification: Once the item ships, you will receive a notification with the shipping details, including the estimated delivery date and any tracking information available (Usual processing time for an order is 1-3 business days, not including shipping).

You can also access a digital receipt of your purchase within your Etsy account, which includes all order details and payment information.

Our print-on-demand items are only created when ordered, ensuring each piece is made especially for you as soon as an order is placed. This personalized approach may result in a slightly longer fulfillment time, typically ranging from 1-5 business days. Following production, shipping times vary, typically taking an additional 3-5 business days domestically, with international shipping possibly requiring longer, often ranging from 10-20 business days. Throughout this process, you will be constantly apprised of shipping details when available. We believe in making products on demand instead of in bulk, reducing overproduction and ensuring thoughtful purchasing decisions.

We strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. As our products are unique and produced only once ordered, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if any issues arise such as damage during shipping, product defects, or sizing discrepancies (or you don't receive the product) we're here to help and make things right.

While Etsy allows buyers to mark their order as a gift, we do not offer personalized gift messages or notes at this time. Many of our products are fulfilled by print-on-demand partners, and not all of them support including a printed gift message inside the package. To avoid setting the wrong expectation, we have disabled the gift message option in our shop.

However, if you check the "This is a gift" box at checkout, Etsy automatically removes pricing information from the packing slip. Additionally, Etsy may send the recipient a gift teaser email (if the buyer enters a message at checkout), but this message will not be included in the package itself.
