Can I change or cancel my order?
In order to get your package to you as quickly as possible, orders go into production almost immediately. All change or cancellation requests must be made within one hour of purchase. Once the one hour window has expired and the item is in the print & sewing process, we have already put our expenses and time into the product and the order would not be eligible for change/cancellation.
Can you rush orders?
To view arrival dates & RUSH SHIPPING options, add the item to your cart. We are ONLY able to accommodate rush orders if the RUSH SHIPPING option is chosen at checkout.
When would my order arrive?
Go ahead and add the item(s) to your cart to view the arrival window and see the RUSH SHIPPING option!
We do everything on our end to meet (& typically beat) the arrival date options you see at checkout. Be sure that you choose the shipping option that gets your package to you in time.
Keep in mind that holidays, winter storms, etc. can affect shipping everywhere. You will be sent a email with a tracking number when your order ships.
Do you offer Gift Messages?
Yes, we offer custom gift messages in all of our packages. Your custom gift message will be printed at the bottom of the packing slip!
How to order more than one item?
Simply choose which item you would like in the drop-down menu, and then add it to your cart, then return and choose your next item... Once you have everything in your cart that you would like, checkout!
