We sure can! Contact us through Etsy messages. If you like one of our stickers and want a different color or a different saying we can do that (subject to an extra fee). We love working with our customers to create special designs and make their ideas come to life!

Our packages are shipped via Etsy shipping through Pitney Bowes. Pitney is the one to "track" the orders which will not show through USPS (unless shipping was upgraded to have tracking). If your order is marked pre-transit for longer than 24-hours, your package is on it's way to you!! Please note: we are not responsible for USPS shipping delays.

We offer an upgrade to our normal S&H fees. If you choose this you will receive a tracking number and usually, these packages will arrive in 1-5 days.

Most of our stickers are 3-3.5 inches across at the widest point. Please read the sticker description for more details. We do offer different sizes, please reach out to us if you need assistance through Etsy Messages.

We print all of our stickers on a weatherproof matte polyester-based material with a strong, permanent adhesive. This material is very durable, tear resistant and water resistant, however it is not considered UV resistant so exposure to direct sunlight for an extended period of time could cause fading. The minimum application temperature for our stickers are +23° F. Once applied it can withstand temperatures from -20° F to +212° F. While our stickers material is waterproof and very durable it is not specifically dishwasher or microwave safe and should be avoided.

Don't fret, our stickers are water resistant. Our advice would be to gently wipe away the water and then let the sticker air dry. Wait until the sticker is completely dry before harshly rubbing/scratching at the sticker.

If you want to wash your tumbler, we recommend Palmolive dish soap and a gentle hand or soft sponge/dish rag, then let your sticker air dry. (This is how we have tested the stickers and have experienced no smearing/peeling).

Please remember these are stickers, and while we feel we offer a superior product they are not indestructible. We wish we could make an indestructible sticker - how awesome would that be!!

For best application: All stickers work best on a flat/smooth surfaces. Once you locate the perfect spot, make sure the location is room temp, clean the area from oils/dirt/residues with an alcohol wipe. After the area has dried completely place your sticker gently pushing around the edges making sure the whole sticker has been secured to the surface. See recommendations above for if it gets wet, and how to care after application. If you wish your stickers to remain permanently on a tumbler or other object we recommend applying epoxy.
