Frequently asked questions

Care instructions

Flower Pots: Designed for indoor use or protected outdoor spaces (like a covered porch or patio). Each pot is sealed with an exterior varnish to resist moisture, but to keep your vibrant design looking its best, we recommend bringing them indoors during severe weather, harsh direct sunlight, and freezing winter temperatures.

Lighted Vases: Sealed for durability and suitable for holding both fresh and artificial flowers. To clean, simply wipe gently with a damp cloth.

Tissue Box Covers: Fully sealed inside and out, so you never have to worry about humidity or a steamy bathroom!

Are your items safe for outdoor use?

My flower pots and birdhouses are finished with a professional-grade exterior sealer and are wonderful for patios, porches, or sheltered garden spots. To ensure your piece stays vibrant for years to come, we recommend bringing it indoors during harsh winter freezes or severe prolonged rainstorms.

Do you use recycled packaging?

Yes, absolutely! I am deeply committed to sustainability and love giving packaging a second life. Whenever possible, I reuse clean shipping boxes, bubble wrap, packing peanuts, air packets, and paper from packages I receive. (I kindly encourage you to reuse or recycle them, too!) When I don't have recycled shipping supplies on hand, I securely wrap your items using heavy-duty protective paper to ensure everything arrives safely while keeping our environmental footprint light.

Custom and personalized orders

I love collaborating on custom pieces. Whether you are looking for a specific floral theme, native birds, or a custom memory candle vase for a special event, please click the "Request Custom Order" button on our shop homepage or send me a message to discuss your ideas.

What is your order processing and creation time?

Because each piece is meticulously handcrafted using a multi-layer (My terracotta posts have 7 layers total!) decoupage and sealing process, orders typically take anywhere from 3 to 15 business days to prepare and cure before shipping. I want to make sure your item is completely durable and perfect before it leaves the studio!

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

I take great care in packaging our fragile glass and clay items securely using eco-friendly protective wrapping. In the rare event that an item is damaged during transit, please take a photo of the item and the packaging right away and message us so I can quickly make it right.

Can I actually put dirt and a plant in your pots?

Yes, absolutely! Every flower pot is crafted from genuine, high-quality terra cotta and is fully functional for live plants. Each pot goes through a meticulous multi-layer process of painting, hand-applied design, and a professional-grade exterior sealer to ensure it is durable and moisture-resistant. Plus, they feature a standard drainage hole at the bottom and come with a matching hand-painted saucer to keep your plants happy and healthy!
