Care instructions
Wall hangings : When you receive your weaving, it's possible that the fringes have to be brushed out to regain their original state. You can do so by brushing them gently with your fingers. The loops formed on the wooden dowel (or branch) may have moved too during transport, you can even out the space between them with your fingers as well.
Pillows : For a long & happy life, use your pillow for decorative purposes only and treat it kindly. It is not recommended to wash it since it contains wool but you can spot clean if needed.
Gift wrapping and packaging
I will offer gift wrapping and packaging for an additional fee of $10 and send your weaving as a gift.
Do you use natural fibers?
I use almost 100% natural fibers in my work. I believe the quality and beauty of natural yarns are far superior to acrylic and much better for the environment.
When does my order ship?
Made to order weavings will be produced, packaged and ready to ship in 2 to 4 weeks*
Made to order pillows will be produced, packaged and ready to ship in 4 to 5 weeks*
Ready to go items will ship within 1-3 business days.
*Current production time is updated depending on the number of pending orders. Therefore, it can be modify at any time. Rush orders are available for an additional cost, please contact me for details.
Do you accept returns
I do not accept returns or exchanges. I quality check all my work before it leaves my studio and will only send work that is absolutely top notch.
