He built to some tricky specs on our end — a large baseboard and working around an outlet — and nailed it. When shipping damaged one piece, he immediately sent a replacement, no hassle at all. We looked into local custom builds before finding this shop, and it turned out to be an incredible alternative. Highly recommend!
