Great Little Favor Co specializes in personalized gifts, chocolates wrappers, water bottle labels, wine labels, favor tags and personalized tin mints for Anniversaries, Birthdays, Christmas, Retirement Party's, Weddings, and so much more.
We believe life's milestones should be celebrated! No matter the occasion. Whether you're having a baby shower or a bridal shower. We've got something a little sweet, a little decorative, and a whole lot of fun to jazz up your celebration!!!
Our standard turnaround time is 1-3 business days on our products. We recommend that you order at least 14 days in advance before your event. If your event is less than 14 days from the day your ordering, you may need to request Express Shipping 1-3 days in transit (Guaranteed) to ensure you have the items in time. Priority Mail is also available in the cart however is NOT Guaranteed by the Post office to arrive on time.
Please note that all personalized labels and gifts are shipped on the method you select during checkout. Free Shipping is shipped on standard regular mail. Regular mail usually runs 7 - 10 business days however may take longer.
Priority mail runs 3 - 5 days in transit. Both Regular mail and Priority Mail are NOT guaranteed by the post office. The only method the Post office will guarantee is Express Mail.

RUSH Orders Ship NEXT Business Day after proof approval. If requested, on the shipping method requested. If no reply is made, due to the nature of a rush order, we will ship the order out to ensure it can arrive on time.
ENGRAVED GLASS: Please read the following details regarding ENGRAVED GLASS:
**All glassware which includes but is not limited to: flutes, memorial vases, sand ceremony vases, glass frames and reception bouquet vases are laser engraved. Laser engraved products will have a frosted glass texture to them once engraved. Laser engraving does not rub off and is a permanent process making the item the perfect keepsake for years to come. All images shown online are shown in white so that you can view the engraving style/words on the glass item. The finished product will be frosted in appearance when completed** We can engrave other images not shown online. Simply message us if you have something special you would like engraved. We can go over the details and easily send you a proof to review, upon request.
PROOFS: Please read the following details regarding Proofs:
A proof is sent on all printable and mint tin orders. Proofs generally arrive in 1 - 2 business days after the order is placed. Please note the 1st business day starts the day after you place the order. Proofs are completed in the order received. Once a proof is sent, you will have 24 hours to review the proof. You may request changes or approve the proof to be printed. If we do not hear back from you after the 24 hours has passed, we will print the order exactly as the proof was shown and the order form reflected. Once you approve your proof, we will print the artwork Exactly as shown and prepare it for shipment, usually on the next business day. once approved, no additional changes can be made. Please note that if you ask for a certain color to be printed and the colors clash, we may adjust the colors to make them print well for you. All orders are printed on profession print papers and on a digital press printer to ensure you receive the highest print quality available.

Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to process an order?
All products on our website are processed within 1- 2 business days of the order. Once we receive an order and a proof has been sent & approved, we will print and ship the order. Personalized items are processed individually, therefore, these items can take a little longer to complete.
HOW QUICKLY CAN MY ORDER SHIP ?
Orders placed today, generally ship within 2 business days. Once you finalize the proof, we will print & ship your order. If we do not hear from you within 24 hours after we have sent a proof we will assume the proof is approved & we will ship the order to you. Please allow 1 business day for your order to ship after proof approval. Rush Orders will ship on time even if we do not get a response.
What If I made an error on my order ?
We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!). Which is why we request you take special care when reviewing your order before checkout. Check the colors, spelling, dates & names carefully. While we will send a proof to review automatically on labels, please review your proof & respond with any changes you may need. In the event you made an error & need a replacement, please place a new order. Of course, if we made the error, we will replace your order free of charge to you. Approved proofs are printed "as is" and will not be changed after final approval.
Can I cancel or change my order ?
Once completed and placed, your personalized order is immediately sent to production so that we may offer you expedient service, with orders often personalized and shipped within 24 hours! Understandably, cancellations or changes to personalized orders cannot be accepted once you have completed and placed your order. Completion of your order confirms and acknowledges that you have reviewed and verified the accuracy of your entire order before it was submitted. Please note we are unable to engrave emoji's on any engraved product.
NOTE: Great Little Favor Co also reserves the right to cancel your order at its discretion should the order be deemed inappropriate for language, content or material
How do I know if I need an order Rushed or Overnighted ?
Our standard turnaround time is 1-3 business days. We recommend that you order at least two weeks in advance before your event. If your event is less than 14 days from the day your ordering, you will need to request expedited Express Mail Shipping.
USPS Priority mail takes 3-4 days to arrive however this is NOT GUARANTEED by the PO. The only method they will GUARANTEE is Express Mail. Please note that due to COVID-19 even priority mail is taking longer than expected so please plan accordingly. We will not cancel or refund any order due to it being delayed in transit.
All orders are shipped on the method you select. Please note that only Express Mail is guaranteed within 1-2 days of shipment. All other methods are not guaranteed

Once we ship your package, it's out of our hands. **We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for misplaced, lost, forwarded, insufficient addresses, delayed or damaged packages due to post office negligence or customer error. ** Be sure to contact your local USPS for info on your package should you experience any delays, loss or breakages and notify us immediately so that we can replace the product. Please notify us within 3 business days for any breakage.
Can I see a proof before I order?
While we understand that its easier see the product with your personalization on it to have an idea of what it would look like, due to high order volumes, we are unable to provide a proof unless requested in the personalization field on your order.. Once you place an order, upon request, we will work with you, sending as many proofs as you need, to ensure you’re 100% satisfied with your order before shipping. Please note we are unable to engrave emoji's on any engraved product. We will not send proofs, if they are not requested.
Upon request, a digital proof will be emailed to your Esty account within 1-2 business days from date of purchase. Please be sure to monitor your email as sometimes proofs can end up in the junk file.
Exchanges (Defective/Damaged Products Only)
30 Day Exchange Policy – Defective Products Only
We guarantee our personalized products to be free of manufacturing errors or product defects. If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item or immediate full refund once returned. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. All refunds or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt.
Damaged Shipments: Due to changes with USPS, you must report any damage/missing items within 3 days of delivery. Please send photos including the packaging with the tracking number so that we can file a claim for you.
What if I don't respond to my proof ?
We generally allow 24 hours to respond to a proof. If we don't hear back from you within this time frame, we will engrave and/or print your order as is. After this timeframe has passed no revisions will be allowed as the product may have been already engraved/printed and/or shipped.
Mint Tin Orders: If no response is received within the time frame mentioned above, the stickers will be shipped unattached to the tins.
Can you match the design of something I have ?
Yes! We can match or almost match any example you send us. Simply make a request. Please note we do not charge a design fee anything new for you.
Returns and replacements policy
We guarantee your 100% satisfaction and understand that sometimes returns have to be made. If the return is being made due to an error on our part, please contact us. We’ll do whatever it takes to make the situation right! This is our promise to you.
If the return is being made due simply due to a change of heart, we’re happy to accept your products as long as they are unopened, unused and non-personalized, preferably within 90 days of the purchase. Great Little Favor Co does NOT accept returns on personalized items, printed, edible products, candy, or tins. This includes tins that were shipped w/o labels attached.
Postage for return shipping is your responsibility, make sure to ship the package back to us in a secured box, insured.
What are your pricing options for your Tin Mint Favors ?
We offer two levels of service:
♥ Empty Tins w/ Labels:
- unfilled tins arrive with labels ready to attach and require minimal assembly.
♥ Filled Tins with Candy:
Choose from original peppermint candy, skittles, jelly belly's, or M&Ms - filled tins come completely assembled, labeled, safety sealed and ready to hand out. if requesting back thank you labels, these will arrive unattached ready for you to apply.
♥ Silver Tins measure 2" x 3/4" deep. Gold, Black & White Tins Measure: 2" x 2" x 5/8"
Proofs:
♥ You will receive a proof in your Etsy Messages and can request changes, before we print your order. (proofs generally arrive in 1-2 business days) Please note: We do NOT print metallic colors.
