As we are getting into our peak season of the year , I wanted to kindly ask for your understanding and petience about changes to my processing times . All my pieces are made by me one by one for each order , therefore I need some time to make them .
That means I may need up to a week before I dispatch your order , depending of my open orders at the time .
I’m doing my best , working 7/7 to make it the soon as posible for you .

⚜️ My jewelry are NOT made of real gold and silver . They are faux . Whenever I mention the words it’s for the colour . Each listing have its individual descriptions what is made of .
⚜️earrings are excluded from return policy . That means can not be returned .
⚜️ tracking for standing shipping:
If you wish to track your Order, tracking number is attached in all orders . You may also check your emails from Etsy . They should have sent you all the shipping details .
Please also know there may be delays in tracking updates , sometimes even just before delivery.
I kindly ask you to be patient with shipping this period .
If there is a massive delay ( over a month ) please contact me before leaving a negative review for shipping reason ) I’m here to assist solve everything and provide further options for you . I wish you all happy holidays .

RETURNS
Please in case you wish to return an item , first contact me .
In order to return you order, you dispose 7 days to contact me and 14 days to send your item back .
I do not accept return for earrings and custom orders.
items must be clean, unworn and in a resalable state
And in their complete original condition.
Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs for any reason they feel they wish to send the item back .
Customers are responsible for custom fees that may apply in return . Fees will be deducted from the refund .
My shop does NOT offer return labels or any other shipping back methods . Does not cover any expense of return costs .

• Within Greece I ship via Speedex courier
•All Standard shipping orders Are sent with shipping delivery via recorded international post service .
They all have tracking details and you will have to sign in order to collect your order .
. Pls note that due to COVID or in high season periods , delays may occur in various countries and I may will not be able to meet my times . Pls be understanding . I do not do refundings or partial refundings due to Delays . When an order after approval that is lost
, fully refund is guaranteed.
4.customs
Outside EU custom fees may occur . Please note I do not offer any responsibility or cover any expenses of any custom expenses that may . apply .
The buyer has to pay custom fees according to its country laws . This applies also to the return orders custom fees .
5.CANCELLATIONS
I’m sorry but I don’t accept cancellations once an order is placed or it’s been shipped . I also do not accept cancellations due to shipping delays . I do refund though after 4 weeks of estimate shipping time delay or proved shipping loss
6. REFUND and more
I do refundings after returns ( pls Check my return policy )
I do not do refundings in case fragile elements on jewellery may break while using them . Pls contact with me to see if I can do something else .
I do not refundings in case of postage delays . Pls if happens , contact with me to see what we I do . I will do my best to help you find your order .
If an order approved that is lost after investigation, refund is fully guaranteed.
I do not do refunds for unclaimed orders, coming back .
7. Allergies and safety disclaimer
All though , the materials I use ( mostly steel , pearls , acrylic and in general extra safety componentsonents) it is the responsibilityof the buyer to consider personal allergies.
Im really sorry but there is no way go me to know anyone’s medical feature , there for I can not take any responsibility for anything that may occur . ( although , thankfully, so far I haven’t meet an issue) .
My jewelry are made ONLY for adult use . None of them is suitable or recommended for use or even play , by children .
Please do not wear your jewelry while exercising, in shower or while sleeping .
UNCLAIMED orders
Returned items for reason UNCLAIMED are NOT being refunded .
9. BRAKE situations
I’m always checking many times your items in making process and packing them with extra care in order to arrive safe to you . In any case though something arrives broken , please contact me the soon as you receive your order . I do not offer refund in case something arrives broken but I do offer replacement without any charge . In case something brakes in short time period for no use matter , I also offer repair guidance and replacement of components or the complete order according to the issue . If you wish though refund you will have to ship back the order ( at your own expense) within 14 working days and once I receive the order , refund will be provided. Please check my return policies .
