Hello! My name is Amanda and I got started on Etsy in June of 2021 after I decided that I wanted to stop doing social media management in order to take business into my own hands. I opened my first store on Etsy and have been managing that ever since.
After seeing success from my first store, my interest in expanding and creating another shop grew tremendously because I wanted to make more creative projects outside of the realm that my other store focuses on. Eventually, I finally decided to open a second shop, and GreekLifeChic was (kinda) born! I wasn't sure what exactly I wanted to do for my second store- but I knew I wanted it to be a creative outlet for myself. After trial and error, I finally dove into making sorority apparel and quickly knew that this was what I wanted to do! As a recent college graduate and Kappa alum as well, I love that I still am able to be involved in Greek life in this way!

5 out of 5 starsThe hoodie is extremely soft and shapes nicely on the body! Color is accurate and so is all the print. They were able to work with me to make a few changes on the text to customize it, and their communication was friendly and timely! I appreciate the care they put into working with me on customizations. The only downside is the hood itself is quite small, despite being a size L hoodie. Putting the hood on will cause the rest of the hoodie to rise up with it, creating an awkward silhouette. Otherwise, everything else went smoothly and I'd recommend this shop and item! :)

Frequently asked questions
When will my order ship?
Orders may process for up to 7 business days before shipping. Most orders ship within 2-5 business days with the exception of larger or bulk orders.
- Orders placed before 4pm CST will begin processing the same day (Monday-Friday).
- Orders placed after 4pm CST will begin processing the following business day.
- Orders placed after 4pm CST on Fridays will begin processing the following Monday unless the following Monday is a holiday, then it will begin processing Tuesday.

How long will shipping take?
USPS First-Class: ~2-5 business days
USPS Priority Mail: ~1-4 business days

Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking to update. If the tracking has not updated after 48 hours, your package is likely on its way to you and just missed a scan. In this case, please allow 4 business days from the day it was shipped for an update in the tracking/delivery to occur before reaching out.
If you have any questions/concerns about the tracking status, please contact USPS directly as they have the best resources to help you (we only know as much as you do!)
What size is best for me?
To ensure that you get the right size, please refer to the size guide provided on each listing. For a guide on how to measure garments, please send us a message!

Any questions or concerns regarding garment sizing/fit must be addressed prior to placing your order. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for orders of incorrect sizes.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
All of our products are made to order with extra love and attention just for you! Because of this, all of our products are FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns or exchanges, but we are happy to make things right if we made a mistake or, in rare cases, the item arrives damaged/defective. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
If you have any questions or concerns about your order after receiving it, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
It is the customers responsibility to provide us with accurate information (garment size, sorority, and shipping address) when placing an order. No exchanges or refunds will be provided for inaccuracies outside of our control.
Can I get my order by a certain date?
Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Please refer to the estimated delivery window at checkout for the best estimate of when your order will arrive. We suggest ordering items needed for strict delivery dates as early as possible to ensure there is enough time for processing and shipping.
If you do need your order by a certain date, please reach out to us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We kindly ask that you refrain from adding any special date requirements in your order notes unless previously discussed/arranged. Please understand that we may not see the order notes until we are preparing your order, and we regret that we won't be able to fulfill requests made in this manner. Thank you for your cooperation!

Do you offer bulk orders or bulk order discounts?
Yes, we do!
Bulk order discounts are available for orders of 10+ items, with the applicable discount depending on the item(s) and quantity. Please note that embroidered items do not qualify for bulk discounts. To get started, send us a message with the item(s) you’re interested in purchasing in bulk, the estimated quantity, and your due date. We’ll review the details and get back to you as soon as possible! 😊
Do you offer custom orders?
Yes! We’re happy to offer customizations on many of our items, including color changes, text edits, or apparel style swaps. To get started, please send us a message with what you’re looking for, and we’ll let you know what’s possible and walk you through the next steps.
Can I change something on my order?
For changes to the item(s) ordered (e.g. garment size) we can typically make modifications if you contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Depending on the specific request and how long after the initial order was placed the change is being requested, additional charges may apply. Order processing also may take additional time if changes are made.
For changes to the order details (e.g. shipping address), we can typically make modifications up until the time the order is shipped out.
We are NOT responsible for:
- Items delivered to inaccurate locations due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
- Items returned to sender. If your order is returned to us for any reason by the postal carrier, please contact us to arrange redelivery. Reshipments are subject to a reshipment fee to cover the cost of additional postage. If we do not hear from you within 14 days of the return, the order will be refunded minus a 25% restocking fee.
- Damage or loss while in transit. Please file any claims for damage or loss directly with the carrier.
- Delays in transit for any reason. Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are entirely in the hands of the carrier.
- Packages stolen or tampered with after delivery has been confirmed.
