5 out of 5 starsIf I could give this seller and the pattern 10 stars I would. I buy a lot of patterns on Etsy not all of them meet my expectations. The directions on the stocking are amazing with clear directions on turning chains and stitch counts. I appreciate the clear directions and photos of stitches and the detailed photos and instructions of each step. I am sure that my stockings will turn out great and I will be happy while I make them. That has not always been my experience with some of the other patterns that I have bought online. I am an experienced crocheter and knitter and I really appreciate well written detailed patterns. I highly recommend Greene Crafts Store. Thank you!

How do digital downloads work?
You can access your downloads by following these steps:
1. Using a web browser, sign in to Etsy at www.etsy.com. (Please note that downloading is not available through the Etsy app; please use a web browser or your computer.)
2. Navigate to 'Your account.'
3. Click on 'Purchases and reviews'
4. Next to your order, select 'Download Files.' This will take you to the Downloads page for all files associated with your order.
If your payment is still processing, the 'Download Files' button will appear gray. Usually, the PDF file becomes available for download within 10-15 minutes after placing your order when the payment is confirmed.
If you encounter any issues, please provide your email address, and we will resend the pattern directly to you.
I accidentally placed an order / I want to cancel my order. What should I do?
Due to the nature of digital items, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges.
What terminology do the English crochet patterns use?
Our English crochet patterns are written using both American and British standard crochet terminology. You will receive separate files for the American and British versions.
How can I determine if a pattern is suitable for my skill level?
We always indicate which stitches and techniques you need to know to complete each project.
Skill levels:
1. BEGINNER:
For knitting: No shaping, cables, or lace involved.
For crochet: Typically requires familiarity with stitches like the slip stitch, chain stitch, single crochet, double crochet, and magic circle.
2. INTERMEDIATE: These patterns are for more confident crafters, they may involve additional stitches and techniques that we explain in detail with step-by-step photos. Toy patterns require prior experience with amigurumi.
3. EXPERIENCED: These are suitable for skilled crafters with years of knitting/crocheting experience. Patterns at this level have fewer photos, but we still provide detailed row-by-row written instructions.
I need help with the pattern, I don't understand the instructions or I couldn't complete the project.
