Initially I thought that buying this fragile plant in the middle of the winter was not a good idea, but the plant arrived in decent shape, and it's already growing. Great packaging and the shipping was very fast! Seller was great with communication. I was so hesitant importing, but the process was so smooth with them. The only disappointment was a mixup at shipping so I didn’t receive the exact plant that they sent pics of. It was still a beautiful plant, but I had fallen in love with the one they sent the photo of so I was a little sad when I realized that it wasn’t that exact one. I would still 1000% recommend and will def buy from them again!

Great plant, arrived very quickly in the middle of the winter, and in perfect condition. Luckily they carrier (Dragon Courier) ships from Thailand to FL, where it's not too cold, then UPS overnight from FL to PA, so the plant was not in the cold weather for too long. Great customer service. Highly recommended seller!

*Update: I think that a new leaf may be pushing through m. Gave it a lot of attention with a humidifier, heater, and grow lights to keep remaining two leaves alive. Still very happy with my purchase, but would make sure to anyone else if you purchase in the winter time to get one of the plants with 2+ leaves and all the above supplies. Without that all I am sure a different outcome probably would have happened with how cold it got in our area. I’ll be purchasing from them again because of the good customer service and how well the plant was packaged.* Beautiful plant, the third leaf died within days of being here sadly so it was an expensive gamble when transporting a plant over.
