Yes! Your satisfaction is important to me and I will be happy to work with you to make your design perfect! I expect there to be some tweaking involved with most digital file purchases. I do however ask that you limit your changes in the final design to five or fewer file versions. So for example, if you receive your file and you'd like these seven little things changed, I will happily change those seven things and send you a new file. This then counts as your second version. You would have three more to go. Once you have your fifth proof, if you decide you would like additional work beyond the first five versions, I will work with you for as long as you want, but there is a fee for continued graphic design services.

If you have ordered one of my pre-designed digital files either from Etsy or directly through email, I get to them as soon as I possibly can. I guarantee files are returned for your approval in 1-3 business days from the time your payment is processed. I am "closed" weekends, but more often than not, I will get back to you the same day or the following morning from the time you place your order.

If you plan to order a custom design (you want me to make something special for you that you don't see in my shop) I will give you a time estimate for your project at the same time I give you your price estimate. Custom orders sometimes take several days to complete.

Yes. I typically send files as JPEGs, but upon request I can send them as a PDF, PNG, BMP or TFF. Most invitations are set to a 5x7 size, but I can alter them to fit a 4x6, or Costco sized 6x7.5, or a square shape, or a circle, or an ornate layout, or add a bleed area around the edge, or I can fit your design to a particular template of a printer you've chosen to use. I can create them in RGB or CYMK color sets. Please keep in mind, size or shape changes may somewhat alter the appearance of the design.

There are multiple ways you can choose to print these designs:
* I will happily do your printing for you. Simply purchase one of my "Print Services" found in my Etsy shop.
* You can print them yourself from your home computer.
* You can upload them to any online printer just as you would an image from your digital camera and print them either as a card, or as a photograph.
* You can put your files on a USB stick and print them as a card or photograph at your local photo print shop.

Yes! When you do your printing through me, I order your invitations through an upscale print company. The quality is equal to what you'd find in a high end stationary boutique. Crisp, bright colors on firm, high-grade card stock. You won't find a better print quality. And I mean that. You really won't. Invitation prints come with free envelopes and are two sided, so I offer a free flip side design in case you'd like something on the back.

There is a selection of card stocks:
* Linen: lightly textured
* Pearlescent: slight pearl like shimmer
* Felt: regular heavyweight stock
* 100% recycled: eco friendly.
Additional cost:

Prints typically arrive in less than a week from the time you approve your proof.

I do all custom work at $20 an hour, and I work very fast. Because of this, custom work is often quite affordable. Contact me and I will happily give you an estimate for your project. My estimates are firm, so unless you request additional work that was not agreed upon in the original discussion, I stick to my estimates. If you have additional requests that will involve an extra charge, I will communicate with you about costs so you aren't surprised by any charges. I will only begin work once the initial payment has been processed.

Yes. If you just want a single small blemish repaired, or your photo switched to cyan or black and white, or some other minor alteration, I will happily do that quick edit while creating your file. If you would like extensive editing made to your photo, I can do that too. However, significant photo editing is a separate service and will include an additional charge. I do not remove watermarks from photos. You must purchase the photo from your photographer to have the watermark removed.
