My life in natural colors

I got my degree in interior design, but after starting my career I could not get my mind out of the woods. I knew I could not stay at a desk all day just looking at my inspiration through the window. I found that I was at my happiest when I could sit barefoot outside in the grass feeling the wind on my skin. When I am outdoors the ideas just start flowing, colors, shapes, lines. I started this shop to bring all of those ideas indoors through my art, paintings, photography, and jewelry. I want you to feel like you are taken to the middle of the woods or on the edge of a lake every time you look or wear a piece of my art.

I draw inspiration from nature and the environment around me. I love the raw natural forms, lines and colors you find outdoors. Every tree, every blade of grass, every rock has that special something that pulls me close and forces me to recreate it in my art. Nature is my passion and I turn that passion into everything I make.

Additional policies and FAQs
I do use some real animal parts in my jewelry, but do not worry. All of the real bird feathers are from non migratory birds and were humanly collected in Wisconsin. The bone jewelry uses bone that are a byproduct of cows or buffalo already being processed for meat and other products, so it's a good way of not letting any part of the animal go to waste. The claws are all made of resin. The state of Wisconsin and many other states have laws against the sale of real claws and certain other animal parts.

Nature isn’t always perfect. The real bird feathers may have imperfections, marks, spots or may not be identical to another. That is the fun with real feathers, everyone is an original.

Colors may vary slightly due to photography.

I love to create art. If you have an idea for a custom piece, please let me know. I would love to work with you.
