Crazy story time! In late 2018 I (Emily) got extremely envious of Cassie's Etsy shop (EverGreyCraftingCo) and how well it was doing. Christmas season quickly become working all night season and I was left in the dust by my best friend. I decided that maybe I should start a hobby to fill all my new found down time. Over 4000+ sales and a few years later here we are! Cassie even decided to jump on board - now we literally have no time but we wouldn't have it any other way!

We do our best to ensure our 1-3 week processing time is met. We are currently dispatching orders around the 3 week mark. During Christmas season we are extremely busy and some lead times may increase to the 3-4 week maximum.

All our orders are handcrafted by ourselves. As every piece of wood is different - orders may vary slightly from the pictures posted. In many cases stain will appear darker or lighter than posted however we do our best to stay true.

Please note that our items do have sharper edges, please keep them away from children to prevent harm.

We do our best to package our items as secure as possible however shipping companies tend to be rough. If there is damage to your shelf upon arrival please notify us and provide a picture as we need documentation to submit a claim. We understand how frustrating it can be if your package arrives damaged (we always replace damaged items), not exactly how you imagined or even, just the colour chosen maybe doesn't work in your space the way you thought. ***hint, hint*** The nicer you are to us the more willing we are to help you out. Please be respectful when reaching out and we will do our best to ensure you get the product you deserve.

All of our items are thought out and designed by ourselves. We have put thousands of hours into our shop to ensure we provides the best quality possible. We have had many instances of other shops coping our designs. Please be respectful and use your own imagination when designing products. They always come out better that way anyways :)
