What am I getting with a digital print purchase?
You will receive high resolution PDF and/or PNG files available for instant download immediately after purchase. No physical item is shipped with digital purchases.
Can I use the files commercially?
All digital files are for personal use only. Files may not be resold, redistributed, shared, or used for commercial purposes in any form. Each purchase is licensed to a single buyer. All GridTrace designs are original works protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or used without express written permission.
Do you accept returns on keychains?
Keychains are non-returnable but we'll gladly replace or exchange any item that arrives damaged or defective. Just contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll sort it out. Please note that exact replacements may not always be available, in which case we'll work with you to find the best solution.
Are keychains safe for children?
Keychains are collectible and decorative items, not toys. They contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years of age.
Do you offer custom orders?
