Frequently asked questions
Custom and personalized orders
I do custom orders via message request. Once I have an understanding of what you are wanting I will send a quote to you via Etsy message. Once you have approved the costs and details of the order if it does not have any personalization on it like name or dates I will create the item for you with photos of the process to approve. only after final approval of the glazed item will I create a listing for you to purchase. This way if you are not satisfied with the item you can back at any point in the process without risk to you.

Handwash only
It is recommended that all handmade ceramics be hand-washed to extend their life.
Microwave Safe Items
All items can be microwaved unless specified otherwise due to the inclusion of metal glaze or resin.
Food Safe
All items made for use with food (mugs, cups, bowls, plates) are made with food-safe glazes. Planters and other non food use items are sometimes made with non food-safe glazes and should not be used with food or drink.
