A Very Happy Insomniac Quilter/Bag Maker With MS. I still Live and Love My Life Despite The Struggles I Face 😃
I am a super fun loving, overly ambitious disabled quilter/bag maker. I have Multiple Sclerosis/MS and Arthritis plus a Multitude of other Medical Issues like Valley Fever. I can be found Piecing and Quilting all hours of the day (sometimes up to 10 hours straight in my quilt room if I am filming for my YT Channel). I do spend a lot of time on my longarm, practice quilting different designs that I taught myself to do. So all my work is 100% non-computerized quilting.
I have an amazing supportive family. I am a wife to a very loving husband and mother to 4 amazing kids 24yrs to 27yrs old. My youngest died in April of 2023 at 17yrs old. It saddened me more than anyone can imagine, but my quilting helps with the grief.
I live in a very hot and dry place, in a very popular tourist area for the London Bridge, here in Lake Havasu City, Arizona.
I love coming up with new ideas, whether its a pattern or just off the top of my head. I quilt from start to finish all on my own even when my medical conditions limit me. I tend to have more than one quilt project going on at once. I have many unfinished quilts and I will someday finish and get them on here to sell. I have been quilting for more than 11 years now and I am mostly self taught (in the beginning I used fabric and a pair of old scissors and an old 80s model brother sewing machine). I have grown from there to the big girl stuff haha.
I have made hundreds of quilts for family, friends & donations and have realized its time to share what I love to do with those who love to cuddle up in bed or on the couch and wrap yourself up in the feeling of a homemade quilt made with 100% love and devotion to what I love to do.
My bag making started 8 or so years ago. I have not really had a chance to sell them on here as they sell right after I make them 😃. They are all one of a kind made with cotton fabric or vinyl or recycled jeans or well whatever I have to make a bag with.
I also teach all these things I do over on my YouTube Channel Tiffany's Quilting Life. So you can head over there and maybe find the video your item was made in 😃
