1. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because these are digital downloads, I cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the files have been delivered. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order — I’ll always do my best to help.
2. How do I download my files?
Once your payment is confirmed, Etsy will send you a download link. You can also access your files anytime under “Purchases & Reviews” in your Etsy account. Go to Your Account > Purchases & Reviews and click Download Files.
3. Can I get the colouring pages printed and shipped to me?
These are digital downloads only – no physical items will be shipped. You can print them at home, at a local print shop, or through an online printing service.
4. Can I print these files at home?
Yes! All files are high-resolution PDFs designed for easy printing on A4/Letter paper. You can also print them at local print shops.
5. Can I use these colouring sheets in a classroom or group setting?
Yes! Your purchase includes a personal use license, which covers classroom use, group activities, and family-household use. However, you may not resell, redistribute, or use the designs commercially. (If you’re a professional organization and would like extended rights, please contact me.)
6. Can I share the files with friends, family or online groups?
Please don’t share or resell the digital files. The files are for your personal use only. If friends or family would like their own set, please direct them to my shop — it helps me keep creating new designs ❤️
7. Do you take custom requests?
Not at this time, but I may consider offering personalised designs in the future — follow my shop for updates!
8. Are these designs based on real dogs?
Yes! All Groovy Pups Art colouring pages are inspired by real-life dogs from Groovy Pups Dog Walking, full of personality and joy. That’s what makes them so special. If you want to see the real dogs, check out www.groovypups.co.uk

Our colouring bundles are designed for all ages and abilities.
Level 1 - Beginner (Easy Paws): Simple shapes and big open spaces — great for those who enjoy light, stress-free colouring.
Level 2 - Intermediate (Jolly Paws): Clear outlines with moderate detail — a fun balance of playful style and variety.
Level 3 - Advanced (Groovy Lines): More intricate line work and textures — perfect for colourists who enjoy a creative challenge.
Level 4 - Expert (Pup Pro): Highly detailed, realistic designs with fine lines and textures — ideal for experienced colourists who love detail and focus.
How are Groovy Pups Art colouring pages created?
Each design begins with photos I take of real dogs during my Groovy Pups dog walks (with owner consent). Using my own photography and creative direction, I transform these images into printable colouring pages with the help of digital illustration tools and AI. Every decision, refinement, and the final artwork is completed by me
