5 out of 5 starsAmanda was great on this! The initial dye didn't come out like she was expecting, but she sent it to me and asked if I could use it. It was interesting, but not at all like the yarn pictured. I was actually OK with that, but she insisted on redyeing and sending me skeins like what is pictured. The second batch is beautiful and will be a great Christmas knit. way over the top on this---Thanks.

Shipping
Typical shipping times are as follows:
Ready to Ship - 1-2 business days
Dyed to Order - 1-2 weeks
Most orders ship USPS. For larger orders, UPS or Fedex may be used. The goal of this is to do my best to reduce shipping costs.
Please note that USPS has a habit of not scanning every time a package arrives/leaves a location. It has become more and more frequent to see missing scans when tracking packages. I assure you your package is on it's way!
International Shipping
All international packages will be sent USPS. Please be aware that you may have to pay customs fees and or duties, these fees are set by your government and are the responsibility of the buyer. For more information, please contact your local customs office or postal service. When shipping overseas, customs can delay packages by up to 6-8 weeks.
Different Address
If the shipping address is different from the address provided through Etsy or PayPal, please contact me prior to payment. If the Etsy and PayPal addresses are different, and no special instruction has been provided, I will by default send to the address provided by Etsy.
Ineligible Returns
Knot Sale items are discounted skeins of yarn with knots somewhere in the skein. Oopsie Skeins are discounted skeins with some type of dye error somewhere in the skein. A purchase of a Knot Sale or Oopsie Skein item means you are accepting the item as is. Knot Sale and Oopsie Skein items can not be returned.
Color Depection
Please note that, although every effort is made to photograph my items accurately and describe my products in detail, I cannot guarantee every computer monitor will accurately depict the actual color of the merchandise. Please contact me with any questions prior to purchasing.
Wholesale/Bulk/Large Orders
Please either email me or send a conversation regarding wholesale/bulk orders.
Large orders may be shipped via USPS, Fedex, or UPS depending on shipping cost. When purchasing for a large project, I recommend contacting me for a custom listing so the skeins are from the same dye session. This does not mean the skeins will be identical, but it will help with consistency. I also recommend working by alternating skeins every few rows on large projects.

Yarn Winding
I do offer yarn winding service. You must purchase a Winding Service through my shop. Each service is for one skein of yarn to be caked. If you would like to have multiple skeins caked, you must buy a winding service for as many skeins as you want caked. This is additional work and therefore is an additional charge.
Any requests for yarn winding through the "Note To Seller" will not be accepted or provided.
