I don't know how the customer service is cuz I've yet to need a reason to use it. It secures the headlight very nicely and it's very sturdy.

Mike was quick to respond when we thought the package was lost. Mike was prepared to replace the holder. Luckily, USPS found it and was promptly delivered.

Holds my rear basket on my bike perfectly. I used it to haul a bundle of firewood and it stayed in place.

When you fall into something...

After purchasing a spin bike (Joroto X2), my wife wanted a way to show what resistance level she was at. She was doing the Peloton rides and the instructors were yelling out resistance levels to be on. The Joroto bike just has a knob to turn, with no real way of knowing what resistance level you are on. So she asked if I could make something. Challenge accepted!!! I designed a gauge for it and it was a big hit with the Peloton hack crowd. My sister and brother also had bikes, so two more gauges followed. Now with seven (7) gauges andd more to come. Cheers!
