Can you ship to multiple addresses from one order?

No, if you place an order for multiple items that are intended for multiple recipients, they will be shipped to one address only. While we currently offer Free shipping on orders of $35 or more, it is only applicable to one address. If you would like for us to ship to multiple recipients, please place individual orders for each address.

When will my order ship?

Our turnaround times are listed within each listing. While we do try to get your order out the door sooner, please expect for your order to ship by the 'ship by date' on your order. If anything comes up where we are not able to ship by that date, we will reach out. Please keep in mind that I am also a mom of 2 small children, so emergencies that are out of my control, do occur from time to time.

Stove Top Cover Care Instructions

This piece is NOT intended to be used as a cutting board; these are not food-safe and as such should not be used for no other purpose than home decor.

Care instructions: Wipe clean with a soft cloth. Avoid using abrasive products as they can damage the stain and the wood.
To ensure the life of your board, do not place on hot stove or while oven is hot; this can cause the board to warp, crack, etc.

We will not be held responsible for any damage resulting from misuse of this product.

My item came in damaged, what do I do?

While we take every precaution when packaging our items, we understand that accidents can still occur while your order is in transit. If there is an issue with your order upon delivery, please contact us immediately and send us a picture of the damaged item. Without proof of damage, we cannot take action. All items are shipped with insurance, so you may also file a claim with the USPS or UPS.

Please note, if you file a claim with the delivery carrier and receive money for your item, we cannot replace your item free of charge you must repurchase.

My order came in but the sizing is incorrect or I don't want/need it anymore.

Unfortunately, due to our items being made to order and often personalized we do not accept returns. We have our sizes clearly listed within each listing. If you have questions about sizing, please contact us BEFORE placing an order to ensure the sizing will work for you.

We only accept cancellations within the first 2 hours of placing your order.

If you changed your mind upon receipt of your order, we cannot provide a refund.

The only exception is if your item is NOT personalized. At this point you would have to ship your item back to us (at your expense) and once we receive your item we will process a refund minus our shipping expense.

Please note, refusing your order upon delivery is against Etsy's Terms of service.
