Welcome to Growth Integration, where self-love, intentional living, and personal growth take center stage. My name is Amai, and I created this space to empower women to romanticize their lives, nurture themselves, and build deeper connections with who they are.
I started Growth Integration after realizing I was stuck — stuck in the same relationships, stuck in the same cycles, stuck feeling like I should be further along, but I wasn’t. I had all these goals — better relationships, stronger boundaries, emotional healing, financial freedom — but I didn’t have a system.
So I created one.
I started solo dating to break old relationship patterns. I started journaling, tracking, and building actual habits — not just setting intentions, but designing my life on purpose. And I built tools to help me do it.
Now, I turn those tools into digital systems other women can use — whether they’re working on setting boundaries, healing family trauma, becoming more confident, or just figuring out what they want out of life.
My best-known product is a 15-round challenge called Becoming Her — it’s kind of like a self-guided blueprint to becoming the woman you’ve always known you could be.
