Custom and personalized orders
I am currently accepting custom orders! Custom ear designs range in price - typically between $40-$45 depending on the complexity of the design. We will work together to design ears you’ll love, and I am happy to send you a sketch of what your final design will look like before you purchase them. Once we have agreed on a final design for your ears, I will send you a custom listing so that you can purchase them. ALL custom orders must be paid for in advance, no exceptions! Turnaround time is typically 2-3 weeks, but please understand it may be longer if I have to order new material. If you have any further questions, my inbox is always open! 🌻
Shipping Policies
All items in my shop are made to order, and turnaround time varies by item. Once they are finished, they will be shipped via USPS First Class or Priority mail and will include a tracking number.
IMPORTANT: Turnaround time is 2-3 weeks, plus 5-7 business days for shipping. Please factor this in if you need your items by a specific date! If you are concerned your order won’t arrive in time, you MUST message me first to guarantee that I can meet your deadline! I do offer a Rush Shipping option for an additional $10
ALL packages include a tracking number! Any package returned back to me due to an incorrect address is subject to additional shipping charges to re-send.
