The ring is beautiful, I only used it one day, and the color is fading. However that is not why I left 3 stars. I thought that this would be more free spinning, but it's more of a rolling back and forth. Maybe that's the way it is supposed to be, but for me it's just mediocre for my fidgeting.

Excellent quality and workmanship. I asked for a purple bead. I sort of expected it to look like a gemstone, as those in the pictures do. However, the stone is very purple, kind of like from a child's beading kit. However, it definitely spins and I bought it for the worry ring aspect, so I'm pleased overall.

This ring offers me a discreet way to channel my anxiety rather than picking at the skin on my fingers. You just wear it on your index finger and rotate it to the side so you can spin the bead. Any time I start picking, I stop myself and start spinning instead.

love the price point and that we can customize the rings! I got gold wire and a red stone. I get a lot of compliments and love having it to spin instead of picking at my nails.
