Guarded Goods was started out of a desire to learn and master a craft that would allow me to use my hands and creativity instead of spending my free time on the computer. There is a reason that not many people create fully handmade goods anymore -- it is a time investment. Each item is handcut, handstitched, and finished to professional level quality. Instead of buying cheap and buying often, why not invest in some quality merchandise that will age with you and last for years to come?

Guarded Goods is currently a hobby and side-project run and managed by one person. The name "Guarded Goods" comes from the origin of my family name: "Someone who held or guarded a common good".
