4 out of 5 starsexcellent set for the price. great for gaming. however if youre looking for a sandbag set for a high end model diorama this isnt what you are looking for . you can see the print lines pretty clearly and there are some small errors here and there. BUT, for a gaming piece its perfectly fine

What happens once I place my order?
Every domestic order will come with a tracking number. Etsy should send you a confirmation email after you place your order as well as an e-mail with your tracking number (if applicable) once your order ships. If you don't receive these emails, please message us. Please double and triple-check to make sure that your address is correct and current before paying! If you notice that your address is entered incorrectly, please notify us before your item ships so that we can change it. Once your item ships, we are unable to change its destination.
How long will it take for my items to arrive?
You should receive an accurate delivery timeline during checkout. I make sure to keep my processing time updated with Etsy. But, depending on the volume of open orders, our processing time generally ranges from 2-7 business days. This is the time it takes for items to be printed and prepared for shipping. Once your item(s) are processed, the shipping will take an additional 3-7 days depending on your location.
I need my order by X date. Is this possible?
If you need your order by a certain date, please message us FIRST before placing an order so that we can ensure that we have enough time to process and ship your items within your specified time frame.
Custom and personalized orders
I am happy to work with you on custom orders -- be it a custom scale, a slight change to one of the current products or a personalized sign for a building. I don't own the artwork of the majority of the 3D designs, so I may not be able to do major modifications. Message me using the custom order button and we can discuss your needs.
What are your policies on refunds/returns/exchanges?
I offer a full 7 day refund policy. Customer is responsible for return shipping so please make sure your order is correct. One of the things I like about Etsy is the feedback and interaction with customers. Because of that, I'm able to handle most issues with a few messages before any products are returned. I also encourage the use of Etsy messages for feedback and often use it to adjust my manufacturing or shipping process. So if you receive a damaged or poor quality item, please contact me ASAP so we can send a replacement or a refund.
The tracking information states that my package was delivered, but I haven't received it. What can I do?
Once a package is shipped out, we no longer have control of it and cannot assume responsibility for lost packages. In a case like this, we would recommend reaching out to USPS to see if they can help you track down your package. We also recommend reaching out to your neighbors to check if they grabbed it for safekeeping. If you live in an apartment building or gated community, check with the reception area/front desk to see if they have your package. We ship to the address entered at checkout unless you ask us to update the address before it ships. We cannot change the address on an order once it ships out. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for lost packages.
