WHEN WILL MY ITEM SHIP?

You can locate the “ship by” date either in your Etsy "cart" before checkout or after checkout you can find the "ship by" date on the receipt you received from Etsy for your purchase. We normally ship orders ahead of schedule, so you may receive your items earlier than expected. If you are in need of your package sent by a specific date, please “convo” us on Etsy before placing your order so we can do our best to accommodate your request.

WHERE IS MY TRACKING NUMBER?

Your tracking number can be found on the receipt sent to you by Etsy after your order has been sent. Please allow 24 hours after the initial shipping receipt to view your tracking information online. You may also go to USPS.com and enter your tracking number where it says, "Track A Package."

DO YOU SELL YOUR PRODUCTS WHOLESALE?

At this time Gusto Spice does not sell products wholesale.

WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?

If your package has not arrived within 8 days of the shipping receipt, please contact us immediately. There is a small window of time the USPS allows service requests to help locate packages. We cannot give refunds or send replacements for packages that are considered "still in transit" by the USPS. If a package has still not been delivered after two weeks, we will file a claim with the USPS on your behalf.

I PLACED MY ORDER FOR MULTIPLE ITEMS BUT THEY NEED TO GO TO SEPARATE ADDRESSES. IF I GIVE YOU THE ADDRESSES CAN YOU SEND THEM FOR ME?

If you are making a purchase of multiple items and wish to send them to two or more separate addresses, please make separate orders to insure proper shipping rates. We can only send items to one address per completed purchase.

MY TRACKING SAYS MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED BUT I CAN'T FIND IT!

Please check first with your neighbors (or apartment manager if applicable) in case they received your package by mistake. Please also visit your local post office to speak with your carrier as they can help pinpoint where/when the package was left. If you need additional help, please convo us here on Etsy and we will do everything we can to help locate your package!

Please note: We do not offer refunds or replacements on packages marked as delivered by the USPS unless the USPS has concluded your package was delivered to the incorrect address.

I ACCIDENTALLY ENTERED THE INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS!

If your package has not yet been sent, please contact us immediately. For your protection and ours, Etsy requires your order to be cancelled and reordered. These steps help protect both you the buyer and us from fraud. If your order has already been sent, please contact the USPS immediately and ask if they are able to redirect the package's destination.

We do not offer refunds on packages sent to the incorrect address. If the package is sent back to us, we are happy to resend your order at the exact cost of shipping.
