2 out of 5 starsI got this yesterday and ......eh.....the pictures on Etsy do the suit justice.....but the final product....I look like a fat Captain Kangaroo.....you did a good job....it just didn't work for me. I don't want a refund......I just was somewhat disappointed in the results....thanks anyway.....but positive point.....I can stay warm with this in wintertime.....its thick enough. thanks for that at least....

2 out of 5 starsUnfortunately they agreed to customizing the product for me and then forgot when it came to making the order. The only solution was me pay to post it back then get a new one made and sent to me afterwards but this couldn't be guaranteed to arrive in time for my event so I'm having to pay to get it altered here. Likely wouldn't buy from again cos this wasn't cheap and has ended up way more hassle than it's worth

1 out of 5 starsSkip this one, the after-sales service is appalling, the sizes are not what is listed. XL represents a medium size. Refuses to give me the return address so that I can return the item. This comment cost me $200, please buy it elsewhere….

The buyer received the XL size that was ordered. The sweater was made according to the XL measurements listed in our listing, and a return address was also provided. If there was any concern that the wrong size was sent, the size tag and measurements could have been provided to verify the claim.
