Can I choose the thread color?

Yes! Absolutely.

What if I don't like the 1st digital proof?

No problem. That's what proofing is for, to help you visualize the final design. HBA will design up to 5 proofs if needed. Since HBA is so good at listening to customers requests, typically everyone loves the 1st proof.

Can I order duplicates?

Absolutely! Actually HBA has TONS of repeat customers returned for duplicates, especially for baby lovies.

We lost our baby's lovie blanket. Reordering, but I don't remember what font style was used, can you look it up?

Yes! And I can search your old order via Etsy for the font style details.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All orders automatically arrive gift wrapped.

Digital Proofs approval REQUIRED on all orders

Digital Proof approval is REQUIRED for all orders. Look for an Etsy Convo with the proof to arrive within 3-5 days after you place your order. No approval = No stitch-out. Any order that has NOT been approved after 14 days from proof being sent, that order will be canceled and charged a $5 cancellation fee.

I emailed/convo'd you yesterday but haven't heard back?

I sew HBA items in my home studio, while balancing family life with 4 kids. Please allow up to 1-2 business days for an Etsy Convo response, especially during busy shopping seasons. Convo me with any questions. Thanks for your business!

Custom and personalized orders

All orders are 100% made to order. Therefore, typically custom monogram and/or handsewn + designed orders can take 1-2 weeks minimum. This INCLUDES the time it takes you to respond + approve to your digital proof ;-)

How will I know when my order ships?

Once your order ships you'll receive an email notification from Etsy with USPS tracking information. Thanks for shopping with HBA!
