Are Frames Included In My Purchase?
No, frames are not included with your purchase. I only sell unframed prints, allowing you the flexibility to choose a frame that best suits your room!
How long do international orders take to be delivered?
International orders typically take 1-4 weeks to arrive after dispatch, depending on the destination and customs processing times. Please keep in mind that delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond my control, such as postal service disruptions or customs clearance.
What should I do if my prints arrived damaged?
If your prints arrive damaged, please contact me as soon as possible with photos of the damage and the packaging. I will be happy to work with you to resolve the issue.
What type of paper is used for the prints?
I use high-quality 200gsm glossy paper for my prints. This paper gives the artwork a vibrant and colorful finish, enhancing the richness of the colors and making the details stand out.
