Teacher gifts she loved it

The pen turned out ok. Some flaws but because it’s hand made it happens. Shipping took over a month. I tried contacting the shop and it would take days to get a response.

Item never shipped, the lady was nice at first and very responsive, then ghosted. THIS IS A SCAM

This whole order was just a mistake. I would not recommend purchasing from this seller if you plan on receiving your item. I placed an order in November. After a month of waiting and her missing the first delivery date I messaged her asking about my package. She responded saying she “didn’t know what happened” and that she had mailed it. Tracking showed that she only printed the label but it was never dropped off. She said she would send a new one the next day and would immediately send me the tracking. I waited several days but of course nothing(now January)I messaged her again asking for any information and no response. I never received my items (that were supposed to be gifts) and had to go through Etsy help for my refund. I ended up finding a different seller who had my product made and mailed within a matter of days.
