Your item(s) will be shipped the same business day or next business day of confirmation of payment if received by 3:00 pm PST. (not including weekends or holidays).  We use the USPS with tracking numbers, UPS - for heavy packages.  Our rates for the US include its territories and military addresses (APO/FPO).  

Tracking numbers are furnished on every package and we encourage you to follow your package online and make arrangements to have someone available to collect the package on the day it is arriving.  We are not responsible for theft (any package indicating is has been delivered to the addressee according to the tracking information).

Signature is not required for our packages, however, we are also not responsible for any package which shows 'Delivered' in the postal system and the customer claims they did not get.  Therefore, you may request 'Signature on Delivery' for an additional fee.  Please do this PRIOR to placing your order with us.  We will have to bill you separately for this service, which costs $3.00.

Customer may purchase additional insurance on the package at their expense.  To purchase additional insurance, please contact us PRIOR to placing your order with us.  We will have to bill you separately for this service and the cost is dependent upon the amount you would like.  We are responsible for any damages of your package while in transit to you.  If you do receive a damaged package, you MUST take photos immediately upon receipt of the package PRIOR to opening.  We also require pictures of the damaged items.  Damage reports must be reported to us, including your photos, within 24 hours of your receipt of the item, according to the tracking information.  

If the package comes back to us because of misinformation we received from you (incorrect address, no such name, old address, etc.), we will ask to collect an additional shipping fee from you to re-ship.  Should a refund be requested by the customer instead of paying to re-ship, your refund will be MINUS the original cost to ship the package.
